
Deepen your ITD practice in a supportive peer group

New Groups Launching Summer 2025
​ITD coaching supervision groups provide a structure to deepen and expand your ITD practice. They provide a supportive context to further explore your own Inner Team, and to reflect on how to most effectively bring ITD to your clients. ​

Completion of the ITD Level 2 program is required to join an ITD supervision group

What to Expect in a Group Supervision session​

Case explorations: share your experiences of using ITD with clients, to explore the nuances of practice.

Peer consultation: bring your ITD-related challenges to the group for input, feedback and shared reflection

Peer coaching and facilitation of your own Inner Team characters

In-depth exploration of a particular character or polarity, or ITD process/technique

A consistent place to continue your ITD learning

A community of supportive colleagues to learn with and from

ICF CEUs (up to 10 hours per calendar year)

Contributes to requirements for ITD practitioner certification
Logistics

Groups meet 10 times over 12 months (typically no session in December and another month of the group's choice).

Meet monthly for 90 minutes, at a consistent time slot (identified by group).

New groups start when group size minimum is met (minimum of four members, maximum of seven).

Once formed, groups are closed to new members for the term of the contract.

New members can be added with unanimous group consent.

In addition to group session, each member is entitled to one individual supervision session

Cost is $1250/year if you enroll solo. $1100/yr if you enroll with one or more colleagues (contact Paul for a discount code).​
