Who is eligible to participate?
You must have completed formal coach training, and either be ICF accredited or actively working towards ACC or above accreditation. Mental health professionals are also eligible.

What happens if I have to miss a session?
Sessions are recorded, and posted within 24 hours of the live session. You can also arrange to make up coaching practice with fellow students outside of live sessions.

How do I know if ITD is for me?
You can attend a live introductory webinar (details here). You can also request a referral to a qualified ITD coach, in order to experience the work first hand.

Do you offer custom or in-house ITD training programs ?
On occasion, yes. We're currently offering a program like this to practitioners of the Leadership Circle Profile (details here), and one is in the works for Enneagram practitioners. If you have a group of coaches who wish to attend as an intact group, or you want to include ITD in your coach training program, please contact us to discuss.
