Paul Wyman is an experienced executive coach and coaching supervisor based in Denver, Colorado. In practice since 1998, Paul has served individual and corporate clients, developing a reputation for transformational coaching that is as insightful as it is gentle.
Drawing on prior training in Voice Dialogue, Polarity Management and Vertical Development, Paul founded Inner Team Dialogue in 2020 to support coaches in integrating parts work into their practice.
Lori Siegworth, MCC
Lori is a seasoned executive coach, coaching supervisor and faculty member for the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She was one of the earliest adopters of ITD, and has been a thought partner and contributor to ITD since its inception. Lori possesses a unique combination of relevant, real-world perspective, a keen listening ear, powerful questioning techniques, thorough education in coaching and organization development approaches, and a thoughtful, and engaging style.
Originally from Chicago, Lori works from her home in Upper Arlington, Ohio, where she's the Founder and CEO of Grais Partners.
Lindsay Fields-Goltz
Lindsay Fields-Goltz, PCC is an Executive Leadership Coach who supports organizations in developing people and systems that are built to thrive.
Her approach to development blends a combination of trauma-informed parts-work (ITD), somatic coaching, the Enneagram, and The Empowerment Dynamic. She originally trained at New Ventures West as an Integral Coach where she has also served as adjunct faculty for the Professional Coaching Course.
Lindsay is also a yoga teacher and an active practitioner of many forms of somatic-based mindfulness.
She currently resides with her family in San Diego where she’s focused on her most important startup – being mama to her toddler Cal.
