About the event
As more and more coaches have started using the Inner Team Assessment with their clients, we're starting to see some distinct patterns. These tell us a lot about what characters operate as Insiders, and which are more likely to be Outsiders. We'll review the data with you, to help you make sense of what you see in your clients' reports.
We'll also hear examples from ITD practitioners who are using the assessment in individual and group coaching settings, who'll share what they've learned about what works and what doesn't when incorporating the assessment.
And we'll give a sneak preview of proposed changes to the assessment for 2026 and beyond.
