The Advanced Practitioner Program equips you with the tools you need to help your clients transform: their Inner Team will become more diverse, more inclusive, more adaptable, and more aligned with achieving their highest aspirations.
As your clients begin to separate from the characters who've historically dominated their Inner Team, a space is created.

The ITD advanced curriculum equips you with the tools and insights to facilitate this expansion, so your clients can access and integrate more of who they are.

What you'll learn in the Advanced Practitioner Program
This course offers 39 hours ICF CCE Credit (26 hours core competency, 13 resource development)
The Advanced Practitioner Program will introduce you to:

New characters including: Judge and Neutral, Knower and Learner; Independent and Dependent; Warrior and Peacemaker; Special and Ordinary; Indulger and Restrictor; Loyalist and Free Agent; Rule Follower and Rebel

Refined techniques including unscripted facilitation, and working with characters without direct facilitation.

Relationship dynamics: how characters in one person interact with characters in another.

Integration of Outsiders: practices to diversify the Inner Team, reconnect with lost gifts.

Inner Children: Methods to work with the Vulnerable Child and Magical Child.

Somatic Practice: Body centered, energetic approaches to integration

Using ITD with other systems: including the Enneagram, Leadership Circle Profile, and more
