About the event
The Drama Triangle from a Parts Perspective
The Karpman Drama Triangle describes three archetypal roles that people play in relationships: the Victim, the Rescuer and the Persecutor. This interactive session will include a brief overview of the Drama Triangle model. If this is new for you, you can read a brief overview here: https://theempowermentdynamic.com/resources/drama-roles
We'll explore how the drama patterns can be understood from a parts perspective, proposing which parts are pulling the strings of the Victim, Persecutor and Rescuer roles.
We'll also touch on The Empowerment Dynamic framework developed by David Emerald Wormeldorf and Donna Zajonc (Creator, Coach, Challenger), and the relationship between Inner Leader presence and each of these roles.
