Inner Team Dialogue for Leadership Circle Profile Practitioners

As an LCP practitioner, you understand the outcome/creating operating system represents a breakthrough in leadership effectiveness over the problem/reacting system.

But how do you help your clients navigate the transition between these vertical development stages? Even clients with sincere intentions to grow will experience resistance from within, as their self-protective patterns re-assert themselves.

The framework and techniques of Inner Team Dialogue are perfectly adapted to the challenges of this moment.

When your client becomes aware that their reactive patterns are produced by their parts, not hardwired into their personality, a space is created.

When they meet their parts through the gentle, appreciative ITD coaching technique, they rediscover the capacity to choose which parts of themselves to lead with.

Just as Creative orientation represents a quantum leap in complexity and capacity over the previous stage, the Multiple Mind framework behind ITD represents a breakthrough to a more complex, nuanced, and deeply compassionate way of understanding who you are, how you work, and how you become more resourced to meet the demands of leadership.
