The Benefits of ITD for Coaches
When I first learned about ITD, I knew it was the piece I'd been looking for in my coaching practice. When my clients were able to explore the different parts of themselves, they became more aware of what was in the way of achieving their coaching goals, and were able to see new and often surprising pathways forward. They also developed greater compassion for themselves which allowed them to stay in the work even when it was challenging. The ITD framework is deep and wise, while being very accessible for all clients.
