Parts to Wholeness
A foundational course in Inner Team Dialogue, customized for LCP practitioners​

The integration of Inner Team Dialogue (ITD) and the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) offers a fresh approach to take your LCP clients deeper, faster into their own transformation.
​
By using a parts-based model of vertical change, which offers a new conception of the source of reactive patterns, the transition between stages of development (from reactive to creative and beyond) is significantly accelerated.
​
ITD is a form of parts-work designed to make this approach to development accessible and intuitive for organizational leaders. It offers impactful, depth coaching with the gentleness and compassion which have made parts-based frameworks such as IFS and Voice Dialogue so highly regarded.

Inner Team Dialogue aligns seamlessly with the universal model of leadership, offering you a model that is integrated rather than additive.

MASTERCLASS FORMAT
This 100% virtual program is conducted in five half-day sessions. The first four are scheduled weekly. The fifth session, scheduled later to allow you time to practice with your clients, occurs four weeks later.

* All sessions are recorded. Sessions can be made up by reviewing the video. Practice sessions can be made up by scheduling with other members of the cohort.
ELIGIBILITY
The program is open to certified LCP practitioners who have completed formal coach training. No prior experience with parts-work is required.
ICF CCE UNITS
The program awards 29 hours ICF CEU credit (16 hours core competency).
